Print Collections

Madeleine Calaido Weber’s carefully selected Print Collections are available as 1. Photographic Prints and 2. Giclée Fine Art Prints. All Prints are individually hand signed, titled and dated in ink on both the back and front. Each print is personally approved by artist Madeleine Calaido Weber and will be delivered with a 1” white border, unmounted.

1. Photographic Print Collection

Real Photographaic Prints offer exceptional shadow and highlight detail, true continuous tone resolution and superior contrast control. Estimated display life is 80 years
Paper: We use the fuji Pro Range Hunt Pearl Paper to produce our real photographic prints up to 50 inches wide. Printing at a resolution of 1700dpi it produces the finest quality print
Editions: open and limited Editions

2. Giclée Fine Art Print Collection

A giclée (jee-CLAY) is an individually processed, high-resolution, high-fidelity reproduction produced on a special format printer. The word Giclée is French for "to spray". For Giclée printing we are using professional 12-color pigment inkjet-based printers. Estimated display life is 100-150 years before noticeable change. They are capable of producing the finest detailed prints. The quality of the Giclée print rivals traditional silver-halide and gelatine printing processes.
Paper: We are using the very finest Hahnemuehle fine art paper - 308gsm photorag archival paper. The fine, matt, smooth surface and feel of Photo Rag make this paper very versatile and it is ideal for printing both black and white and colour photographs and art reproductions with impressive pictorial depth.
Editions: open and limited Editions

Photographic Print or Giclée Print
Both technologies are the highest standards and the reasons for choosing one over the other is mainly aesthetic preference.
Photographic Print Appearance: Appeals to those interested in a "true" photographic print because it is printed on conventional Fuji Crystal Archive photo paper.
Giclée Fine Art Print Appearance: Produces "painterly" images on Hahnemuehle photorag fine art paper and appeals to those interested in an artistically touch. Estimated display life longer than Photographic Prints

Editions
Open Edition: Each print run is of an undetermined quantity. Prints are individually hand signed by artist Madeleine Weber
Limited Edition: Each image was carefully chosen by artist Madeleine Weber and is limited to only 79 prints at each size. The prints are individually numbered and hand signed by Madeleine Weber and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. The photographer reserves the right to increase limited edition print prices as the number of individual prints decreases.

Pricing details
Please visit the Gallery to see all size options for the specific image. Prints are unmounted. Delivery is included in the order price for Ireland customers. For international orders please contact us to calculate your delivery costs.

Shipping Details
The print(s) will be shipped within ten (10) days of receipt of payment, depending on your location and delivery services. Prints are carefully protected individually in a crystal-clear sleeve considered stable for long-term use in a protective roll tube.

Special sizes, special framing and other products
Prints may be ordered in sizes other than stated in our Gallery. We will work closely with you to determine the most suitable way to present your print(s) using the most suitable frames to match your wishes. You will be able to choose from Block Mounts, Float Frames, Canvas Wraps and Acrylic Frames. For Modern Interiors, Madeleine is always ‘on trend’ and can offer you the very latest in eye catching frames which will make your print(s) even more striking.

She can also create Bespoke Wallpapers drawn from her unique selection of images, again working collaboratively with you, to help you meet the specific requirements of your clients.

Framing suggestion
For best longevity, prints should be overmatted and mounted under UV protection glass. They should not be displayed in direct sunlight.
